Tiffany Trump is heading to law-school at Georgetown where both President Bill Clinton and her brother Eric studied.
Since Tiffany graduated college 2016, there have been many speculations that the First-Daughter would either head to law school or join the family business. As it turns out she may do both, starting with her education in NYC.
The twenty-three-year-old Los Angeles native attended the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia where she double-majored in sociology and urban studies. Her father, brother Donald, and big sister Ivanka also attended the Ivy-league school.
Tiffany toured a number of schools in the past few months, including Harvard and Columbia. But, the Georgetown Hoyas won her over in the end. The Washington D.C. campus is where her brother Eric studied finance and management. Her family connection to the school and it's close proximity to the White House certainly helped Tiffany make her decision.
The Trump team told CNN that Tiffany will start school in August and join a student body of 1,900. Prior to her acceptance, Tiffany upped her appearances at Trump Co. events. Back in March, she joined her brothers at a Trump hotel opening in Vancouver which was a change for Tiffany who normally shies away from the company.
Her appearance made such a fuss in the media that the Trump Co. had to release this statement. “The Trump Organization is proud to be a family business with an incredibly strong bond. While there are no immediate plans for Tiffany to join the company as she is currently applying to law school, the family looks forward to her potentially joining the business in the future if she chooses,” a spokesperson said.
That sure sounds like a confirmation that Tiffany may one day be in-house counsel for the major real-estate company. Ivanka has joined her dad in the White House and Donald Jr. seems to be ramping up a move into politics as well. Perhaps one day Ivanka and Don Jr. will hold the ground in D.C. while Eric and Tiffany keep the family company alive.
