FOX can't get enough Donald Trump. Despite his very public feuds with on-air talent and his outspokenness about the media bias against him, FOX continues to play cordially with Donald.
Some point to the sky-high ratings Trump brings in when he graces the network with his presence, but there may be deeper reason for the love/hate relationship between the Republican front-runner and FOX.
A lengthy piece by New York writer Gabriel Sherman hints that Donald may have leverage over the network because of his negotiations with former FOX executive Brian Lewis and current chief executive Roger Ailes. The leverage being "dark secrets" from the network, says Gawker.
"When Roger [Ailes] was having problems, he didn't call 97 people, he called me," Trump said, according to the article.
