It's been months since President Trump moved into the White House and all of America has been waiting for Melania and Barron to leave their New York penthouse.
The First Family's absence has sparked rumors that they'd never make the trip down from Manhattan. But, skeptics are now stunned following the news that Melania and Barron are officially moving on June 14th.
In fact, their long-awaited move will coincide with Donald's 71st birthday. The family and their staff will certainly be busy unpacking while trying to prepare for the President's big day. But, the family appears to be ready and excited for both occasions. Melania's parents are expected to tag along to help look after Barron while his parents tackle their demanding schedule.
Back in January, the First Lady made a choice to push back the move given the stress it could cause her 11-year-old boy. Barron was midway through the school year in New York when his father grabbed the office from Clinton. The pressures to pack up their entire lives and move to D.C. seemed to be too much for the incredibly family focused Trumps.
Melania's decision to move during the summer was applauded by millions of mothers around the country who empathized with her situation. Even Michelle Obama considered waiting to move her family in 2008 because of the impact it'd have on her young daughters.
Melania and some of Trump's staff also struggled to immediately find new schools for their children. Both Melania and Kellyanne Conway ran into issues with finding a Maryland school that could handle the security demands of their high-profile children.
Fortunately, Barron has found a new home at St. Andrews's Episcopal School just outside D.C. The school is a bit pricey with its whopping $40,000 yearly tuition. However, it's a small price to pay for the billionaire couple who are trying their very best to create a safe environment for their son.
