Despite his billion dollars in the bank, voters love Donald Trump for his ability to connect with average Americas. Still, at the end of the day, this businessman turned politician just isn't average!
Trump certainly became grandfather of the year this past weekend when he took his two grandchildren Arabella and Joseph Kushner on a ride in the presidential helicopter, Marine One.
Cameras caught little Joseph who was showing off his toy which is an exact replica of the helicopter that has flown multiple presidents for years. Joseph and Arabella joined their family on a short ride to board Air Force One which was heading to Florida for a quick weekend trip. Ivanka, Jared, Donald and the kids all went to St. Andrews Catholic school in Orlando to promote the President's new policy for school choice.
Trump traded in his signature Trump jet and helicopter to ensure that the first family traveled in the safest environment possible. Before entering office, he attempted to save the government money by using private transportation instead of specialized aircrafts made by Boeing. But, the President eventually had to give in to the demands of the secret service who successfully argued that his safety took priority.
Regardless of who makes the vehicles, it's safe to say that Ivanka's son is ready to take advantage of every ride and flight. Surely, every little boy dreams about having access to such cool tools. Why play with the model helicopter when you can fly in the real thing?!
Following their trip to the school, Donald and the rest of the family retreated to his Palm Beach resort, the Mar A Lago. The spectacular estate has become a third home for Trump who has been splitting time between Florida, the White House, and his New York penthouse where his wife Melania and son Barron are living until the school year ends.
